Constable John Ellen's Accomplishments

This program helps to safeguard children by providing parents essential information in the form of ID cards containing vital information such as photos and electronic fingerprints, to aid law enforcement in emergency situations.

Program prioritizes driver education, increases traffic patrols, and maintains stricter enforcement. of traffic laws. 

In collaboration with Southern Pacific Railroad, thisprogram focuses on decreasing accidents and fatalities at railroad crossings by providing driver education and increased enforcement of dangerous acts involving railroad crossings. 

Provides additional residential patrol time upon request, for persons who are away for an extended time or who have special circumstances warranting increased patrol activity.
